*My two gis, rash guard and belt arrived yesterday*
Plasters and burn cream still being used on mat burns.
Neck still bruised.
Still going to the 1.5 hour class tonight? Of course.
I slept ok, but had a horrible soul crushing dream. My heart aches more than my body.
Stupid brain.
