Worked fundamental guard pass

Lapel + hand > stand > lapel hand to legs > bounce down > knee through pass

Lapel + hand > stand > they grab ankle > turn body away from ankle side > break guard > leg over shoulder to pass

Specific sparring: guard passing

Medicine ball on crash mat, rope pull ups, rope hangs, jogging on crash mat, carry and throw punch bag, armbar drills on dummy, repeat break falls on mat, medicine ball on wall: 1 minute each, 15 second break.

Followed by 5 minutes sparring
