Worked matador into flying armbar/triangle.
Lagarto sweep.
Basic TD into sc.

NO GI


Driled with Ry.

Combos to clinch and throws.

Jabs > parry > right elbow over their arm > level > take back > slight lift > dump them over left leg > sc > strikes.

Gi X guard bottom

Drilled with Id.



X guard bottom > sweep > roll side > right leg on their stomach > left hooked kicks out to sweep

X guard bottom > 2 cross grips > they block leg > lift them on legs > remove left leg quickly > push/pull their left arm over with your right hand > take back

Omoplata threat into armbar

Ropes, mats, run warmups.

Drilled with Db.

Practised 1/2 butterlfly pass into, jumping over into armbar over their leg from their omoplata setup (keep hold of their arm)
Head on floor > skip over, etc.
