Thursday

Gi and no gi


Gi:

Drilled with Ad.

Worked from back, basic stuff.

Exhausting warm-down at the end. Great.

No gi:

Drilled with Td.

As before, 3 strikes+kick

Bobbing and weaving/head movement

Weaving from jab > strike to body > duck > side kick

Worked on bags and general conditioning.
