Cold/flu. Grr!

Pretty sure I caught it training but it's now stopping me from training.



Frustrating!

I can't bring myself to do it, knowing I could infect other guys at the school.

Would you train (roll, drill) with a cold?

  1. depends how bad the cold is. I probably wouldn't go to the gym with a cold as like you said you can pass it on to everyone. However I find if I have a cold that a run with lots of layers on and a good sweat helps me get rid of it!

    I'm fighting it at the moment with extra vitamins and some nasal spray (as advised by a medical professional), in the hopes that I can catch it before it gets worse.
    But I also can't justify rolling with somebody when I have a slight running nose and sore throat.

    Looks like I'm off until Monday.

    My immune system sucks!
