He showed me a few subs:
- Elbows on their chest, plum clinch and crank neck
- Taking back idea -- *from mount* -- Pull arm from above, chest on arm forcing it down to their ear, reach behind their neck and grab their arm, pull it then use your chest to roll them - Think: ROLLING PIN.
Worked on a few armbar varations.
Then we rolled.
It was great, simply because the whole feeling of working against and with another human is so good. I love it.
I even affectively shrimped out of a bad position! A first for me.
Shoulder feels 75%.
