Kicks and stretches with Cuz
After a short break, had a great sweaty session with Cuz.
Mainly focused on kicks, suppleness, and stance.
Skipping!
Box splits
Kicking pads/baseball bat - need to
stop
spinning after landing kick -- my suppleness is poor, too.
Painful but good.
4 weeks til shoulder is healed
