Super sweaty from the word go.
Drilled:
- Escaping headlock - posture+leg inside their legs, arm to elbow joint of furthest arm, control neck wrist, posture up into their armpit/shoulder to break lock, step round and kimora
- Bear hugged from behind escape - posture down, feed hand through, hold own wrist and their wrist, step round (knee to block) into kimora or take back
- Strangled or collar hold (basic) - footwork, swoop head down and out. Subtle!
Jogging into sprawl.
Butterfly guard crunches with Cuz on top.
Back and front break falls.
Neck exercises - 30 of each!
Sitting with base into standing (kicking with left foot at opponent!)
Ended with a roll. Managed to advance 2 positions; matador into side control, and full mount.
Great but tiring!
