Escaping headlock - posture+leg inside their legs, arm to elbow joint of furthest arm, control neck wrist, posture up into their armpit/shoulder to break lock, step round and kimora
Bear hugged from behind escape - posture down, feed hand through, hold own wrist and their wrist, step round (knee to block) into kimora or take back
Strangled or collar hold (basic) - footwork, swoop head down and out. Subtle!
Jogging into sprawl.
Butterfly guard crunches with Cuz on top.
Back and front break falls.
Neck exercises - 30 of each!
Sitting with base into standing (kicking with left foot at opponent!)
Ended with a roll. Managed to advance 2 positions; matador into side control, and full mount.
Taking back idea -- *from mount* -- Pull arm from above, chest on arm forcing it down to their ear, reach behind their neck and grab their arm, pull it then use your chest to roll them - Think: ROLLING PIN.
Worked on a few armbar varations.
Then we rolled.
It was great, simply because the whole feeling of working against and with another human is so good. I love it.
I even affectively shrimped out of a bad position! A first for me.
