Gi - Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning session tonight

Specific sparring: guard passing

Medicine ball on crash mat, rope pull ups, rope hangs, jogging on crash mat, carry and throw punch bag, armbar drills on dummy, repeat break falls on mat, medicine ball on wall: 1 minute each, 15 second break.

Followed by 5 minutes sparring
