First week back

Working mainly vs combat base - cross collar, foot on knee for control, and sleeve into all manner of sweeps

Wednesday: as above but going into mount > kimura + armbar or head down to base > left arm grab right sleeve > snake right hand over their neck > choke

nb. kimura+armbar from mount: feet on their hips, eg. high up their body - ride them like a jockey as opposed to full weight - gives better control



Aching and loss of strength, but good to be back overall
